Our friends at the Jaguar Drivers’ Club have organised a spectacular event to celebrate 100 years since William Lyons and William Walmsley started Swallow Sidecars, the company which ultimately became Jaguar. On Sunday the 15th of May 2022 Brooklands Museum will host an unrivalled collection of Jaguar and SS vehicles spanning back over the past 100 years.
On the preceding Saturday 14 May for those who want to make a weekend of the event, the JDC have arranged a tour around the local countryside to include a visit to a private car collection and garden that is just magnificent. Included during the visit is a light buffet lunch.
This event is open to all Jaguar owners and enthusiasts and is being supported by the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. Entry includes the exhibits at the wonderful Brooklands Museum so there will be plenty to entertain visitors for the whole day.
We at Twyford Moors are delighted to be sponsoring this event and will be in attendance with some lovely examples of classic Jaguars for you to feast your eyes on. The team will be on hand throughout the day to chat all things Jaguar so please do pop by and say hello.
