Jaguar XK150 3.8 S barn findBarn find XK150 3.8 S at the NEC Classic Car Show 2015

Along side two stunning, Twyford Moors restored, Jaguars for sale we have a very special and rare car on show at the Lancaster Insurance NEC Classic Car Show this year.

The car in question is an XK150 3.8 S drophead. It is a genuine right hand drive, UK car, originally delivered by Henley's in London to Sir Alan Cobham of "Cobham's Flying Circus" fame. The car was first registered in 1961 and has since had three owners. The last owner has owned the car since 1966 and took it off the road in 1978.

The last MOT certificate from 1978 shows the mileage as 64,880 and the car is now reading 70,015, which is believed to be the genuine mileage. This XK150 has never been restored, has matching numbers and is compete in almost every way. It will be restored over the coming years at Twyford Moors and we look forward to showing this car once finished at future shows.
