Welcome to our new workshop

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing a series of posts introducing you all to our new workshops and the wonderful facilities it has to offer. Our new building is spread over three floors with workshops, an engine building facility, parts cleaning, fabrication, and storage areas. This post will be focusing on our main workshop.

Our main workshop is on the ground floor and has been designed as a clean, bright, and efficient place for us to work. There are four ramps for our mechanics to carry out servicing and other mechanical work. This in effect doubles our capacity compared to our old workshop. There is then plenty of space for our fitters and electricians to carry out restorations and other work at the end of the workshop. The workshop is air-conditioned and humidity controlled creating the ideal environment for classic cars and a pleasant working environment. All this is powered by our new solar array on the roof which is a major step toward us becoming carbon neutral.

We have taken the opportunity to fit out the workshop with fitted storage and toolbox units in our brand colours giving the space a uniform look. The floor is finished in a very hard-wearing and easily cleaned epoxy resin and the room is lit with wonderfully bright LED strip lights throughout. This is a huge leap forward for us and we are excited to show our customers around over the coming months
