This Jaguar XK150 is a rare and highly desirable Open Two Seater, or “Roadster”. First delivered to Jaguar Cars in New York on 30th July 1958, the car later returned to the UK, where it was restored in the 1990s and converted to right-hand drive.
This is a highly usable XK150 that has been thoroughly upgraded for modern driving. The engine was rebuilt by a notable specialist and has covered fewer than 10,000 miles since. It also benefits from a five-speed gearbox, upgraded brakes, polyurethane suspension bushes, an alternator, electric cooling fan, and an oil cooler. Inside, the car is a very comfortable place to be, with upgraded seats and seat belts.
Finished in British Racing Green with a red interior and a beautifully trimmed hood, this car ticks all the visual boxes of a classic British sports car. Out on the road, it is confidence-inspiring and comfortable, delivering a rewarding driving experience. The well-considered upgrades combine to create a car that can be enjoyed in all conditions, tackling motorway journeys with ease while remaining playful and composed on twisty B-roads.
This is a highly usable and engaging XK150, ready to be enjoyed.
